EA Rent & Invest AB was founded in 2021 in Skellefteå, at a time when northern Sweden was entering a period of significant industrial growth. Major projects — from battery manufacturing to infrastructure and green steel — were bringing thousands of workers and consultants to the region, all needing reliable, high-quality housing.
We saw a clear gap in the market: companies needed a professional, flexible housing partner who understood both the local property market and the specific demands of project-based work. That is exactly what we built.
Today, EA Rent & Invest provides fully furnished corporate accommodation across northern Sweden — from Skellefteå and Luleå to Umeå, Boden and beyond. We work with companies of all sizes, from individual consultants to large project organisations.
